shoplasr Hello! Unfortunately when pulling your item for shipment we found that the manufacturer had sent us a damaged boot. That was our last size 8, but we do have a size 9 so we wanted to see if that would work for you as replacement. If not we will go ahead and refund your purchase. So sorry for the inconvenience!

shoplasr @sarahspicexo The zipper on one of the boots was broken and couldn't zip closed. With damaged products we have to send them back to the manufacturer per contract. 🥺
