jenlancaster Hi, I'm packing your Banana Republic jacket and I notice it's a few shades darker than pictured. (My phone isn't great picking up blues.) It's more the color of the interior of the jacket. (But super cute!) If for any reason this makes you unhappy, I can cancel the sale. Or, I can send it to you and if the color doesn't work, I'll buy it back from you for a price that would cover the shipping and Posh fees. jenlancaster @sr3444 Oh, no, I just got back from the post office because I thought you were okay with it. So sorry! Again, if it doesn't work, do let me know as soon as you relist and I will buy it back. If that seems like too much work, you can also open a case with Posh saying the items doesn't look like the photo and I'll accept responsibility for it being darker. But first, I can email Posh and explain the situation to see if they can do anything. Don't worry, we'll get this worked out. Thanks!

jenlancaster @sr3444 Okay, I was able to cancel and I emailed Posh to tell them the situation. While the box is still going to arrive, my guess is they'll send you a label to ship back once it gets there. More importantly, you should be credited back pretty quickly, usually within an hour or two. Again, all of this is my fault for not figuring out how to adjust colors on my phone and I apologize for not getting it right in the first place.
