tolinyk If you think something was not as described; file for a “not as described”and send it back. It was a typo. Not intended to miss lead. A seller would gladly take it back then get a shitty review. The bag tag is in picture and the comparison from other site is same bag with name in bold letter. I apologize if you thought it was deceptive but it was not meant to be.

tolinyk I contacted poshmark and offered to pay to have bag shipped back and you reimbursed. Might want to look at pictures of the purchase since it was on all three pictures. Autocorrect caused an unforced error.

asladovnik I shipped the purology shampoo and Conditioner. however I was missing the Conditioner to the hydrate.. that's what took so long to ship. so I sent the shampoo and also a shampoo and Conditioner of a different purology set. I hope that's ok. so you have 2 shampoos and 1 Conditioner coming. I apologize for the delay.

mrshis2011 Hi Sarah. I put your package in the mail the morning you ordered it. It still is not tracking so I submitted the issue to Poshmark. I had another package that I sent out at the same time and it is tracking/shipped. I will keep you posted if I find out something new.
