lonisamari Sarah - oh my gosh! I am sooo sorry! I must have had my heads in the clouds when I was making the listing on the Torrid skirt. Or looking at another skirt. I am so sorry to not have the description match the label - honest oversight. Thank you for still giving a nice rating and being gracious.

xsarahbunny @hellomrslo hi! It’s no big deal, honestly I should have known better since I do have quite a few things from Torrid and I know what size I normally am with them. But I did think I should mention it and bring it to your attention! I can still wear the skirt, just depending on how I want to style it I may need a safety pin 😜

threadutility Hi Sarah. I was just packing up the Columbia Sportswear shirt you purchased from me and noticed a spot on the back of the hood. It looks like bleach possibly. It would not be visible unless you wear the hood up. I'm sorry; I did not notice it before. If you like, I can give you an extra 20% discount or exchange it for another item in my closet of similar price range or cancel the order. Again, I am really sorry! Jennie

hotae0 Hi !! I’m so sorry but the post office has returned the package I sent to you damaged and without the item. I’ve never seen this before. I contacted posh support to get them to refund based on postal insurance. Again I’m so sorry but it looks like they steam rolled it ! I just wanted to let you know about it. Not sure how the post office did that. Events out of my control. Ugh. It’s disappointing for sure. I’ll keep you updated. Thanks & sorry. 💕❤️

hotae0 @xsarahbunny I’m not sure if you can do anything yet. I should hear back from them soon. But if you feel more comfortable doing that it’s ok with me. Usually it takes them 24-48 hours or so to get back. 💕❤️
