pitrapan @zoefitzgerald Hey! Yes, I would appreciate a refund. I'm sorry if I sounded not-so-nice. I got 4 bags with problems in a week, and they all had holes or very heavy wear on the bottom corners - very heavy meaning through the first layer of fabric. I don't have your address. Also, how do you do a refund? I used a visa gift card. If you have the last four numbers, I can look and see if I still have it.

pitrapan @rachelalisha No. I got a note from Posh saying they had tried to prompt you to send several times, but you had not responded, so I could close the transaction, and they would take it up with you. I'd really rather have the tote.

rachelalisha @pitrapan i emailed posh to tell them it never tracked. I tried messaging usps but they don’t have an actual person. If it comes back to me-I’ll message you. I put in a claim. I’ll keep you posted this week!

rachelalisha @pitrapan i put in a claim with PoshMark weeks ago. USPS has no live person. I contacted the ups store where I shipped and I just sit and wait now. PoshMark stated they returned your $ to you in the interim?
