gypsirun @zoe_schmitt yes!! I have a question.. lol.. a lady bought a 2x shirt but left a comment that she needed a 3x instead. I don’t have any 3x. I’ve left a comment for her but no response. Do I send out the 2x since she already paid for it?

zoe_schmitt @sarah_tuohy I would leave her another comment that says again that you don't have a 3x in that item, and if she would like to cancel her order, she can do that until a certain time. If she doesn't respond by that time, I'd ship it because she did purchase the item and it's not fair to you to have to keep guessing and waiting to ship. I know this is a very complicated and difficult situation, but I hope this helps a little💕
