Hi - saw you gave me a 2 star rating for selling you a Burberry coat at a 95% discount. I added replacement buckles free of charge (something I was not required to do). I bought this coat with no replacement buckles for a much higher price, so I was already selling at a loss. I’m sorry if not all the buckles were the right size - that’s why I sent you all of them.

Clearly I would have replaced the buckles if it was an easy task. I think it was really uncalled for giving such a low rating, when you got a great deal and appear to be keeping the coat.
