cndydrum12 Would advise to read the description and look at the photos before purchasing used items. The 1 star rating on the bag was uncalled for. The description clearly stated the bag needed to be cleaned and pictures were taken of the inside and outside of the bag. All the compartments were emptied before shipping. If I missed something I apologize however I could of addressed any concerns or you could of returned the bag if you messaged me before leaving a 1 star review.

sarahderensis @cndydrum12 I don’t think it was uncalled for the musty smell was not included only pen stains and pilling also you left a candy rapper in the pocket which is not great so my review stands

cndydrum12 @sarahderensis Wasn't expecting for a change of heart. Just wanted to make others aware of your expectations. Maybe try communicating with a seller if you're unhappy next time. Most of us, including myself go above and beyond to make people happy with their purchases.
