Hi.. not sure what case approved means.. but it appears as if they released the money to me. Which means you’re stuck with something you’re saying you wouldn’t have bought if you knew it was that size. I was all for sending it back. I think you needed to post a photo of the actual size of the item to prove your case.. and that would explain why it wasn’t approved on your end. Should you ever want to shop in my closet— I have plenty of smalls in cardigans, sweaters and other items ..

if there’s anything you see in the closet that was around that price range (with exception of mystery bundle) I would be willing to do the same transaction and let you pick out two items additionally to include. I add weekly- so you don’t have to take me up on this offer right now. But I would like to make it right.. so if you do see something in the future let me know 😊

My preference would be for you to try to pick out 3 cardigan or sweater. But if there are none of interest.. like 5 items that are in my closet and I’ll let you know what I can do as far as the 3 additional items.. if nothing now check back over time it changes often ❤️

I was sent a shipping label so I thought that the case was approved but I’m not completely sure. I will definitely check back on your closet frequently and would love to buy from you in the future. @shmepham I’ve heard of them crediting both parities before.. bc it wasn’t a super high priced item it’s possible we were both credit.. bc on my end it appears as credited

The wrong sweater was packed and I do apologize. I am on my way home to correct the problem. It is in my Dropbox however USPS has not PU yet and hopefully I will repackage on time for delivery out today! Sorry!

When it rains it pours. Just spoke with my daughter and the reason why she accidentally packaged the wrong sweater is understandable. I have pulled your package back out of my drop box. She forgot to tell me last week that she found a rip in this item. I am so sorry, I am canceling your purchase.
