ekbraun @librarysarah - Typically, low ratings are reserved for when the seller misrepresents the merchandise (e.g. posting pictures of the wrong item or the description of the item does not accurately describe the wear and tear) or if there are issues with shipping (e.g. the package is not sent promptly).

ekbraun @librarysarah - It is not appropriate to leave a poor rating simply because you bought the wrong size. If you had any concerns about the fit before you bought the shoes, I wish you would have just left me a message; I would have been more than happy to answer any questions that you had! I really try to give the best possible service and am sorry that you feel so disappointed.
