the_copperlotus Hi Sarah, I shipped the Boston Pillow out on Tuesday evening. Not sure why there still isn’t a shipment scan. I will follow up with USPS tomorrow and update you. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience.

the_copperlotus @bonfirepeach Thank you for being so kind and understanding. I didn’t get much information from USPS besides it could have missed the shipment scan but at this point I would have thought it would have been scanned at another facility en route. I opened an online ticket regarding the package as well. If you would like to give it a few more days let me know. If not, I would happy to cancel the order as a lost package so you receive your funds back. I sincerely apologize about this mess!

bonfirepeach @the_copperlotus Thank you for checking on this and for keeping me informed. We can wait a day or two to see if it scans at another facility before cancelling the order. It seems like it would eventually get scanned at one of the distribution channel’s. I will watch it and be in touch soon. Thank you!
