viciousveeva Someone asked about a price on a bag and I instructed them to use the “Offer” button, which she then did. I accepted the offer she made but her payment didn’t go through. Am I still obligated to sell her the bag or can I sell to someone else?

chasingenvy @viciousveeva since the payment didn’t go through, anyone can still purchase your listing. You are not obligated to sell it to solely her even if she made an offer. But you can send your buyer a message to let them know that you accepted the offer but it couldn’t be processed due to an issue with payment! I hope this helps 🌸

dosojosverdes @viciousveeva.... another VERY IMPORTANT THING is... the buyer has 3 hours to change their mind (given that payment had gone thru). Yes, advice your buyer that her payment unfortunately did not "happen", and that she may want to contact her bank........it happened to me.......the card was fine, funds-a-plenty, but fraud dept put a block on it because I was buying too much, too quickly.......SO??? That's what we Poshers do! Right? This gal could have run

The payment was declined almost 24 hours ago but I just sent the message a little over an hour ago. Still no response.
