maxwell_shops @katied296 hi I’m honestly not sure how to do that. Never cancelled an order before. Do I need to completely relist the item? Right now it shows as sold. Already printed label and packed it up.

katied296 @maxwell_shops I guess you go to your account tab, select the order, hit order inquiry, and you can cancel. I completely understand if you're not willing to do it but I figured that I would ask. Thanks so much regardless!
