aaaypark Hi is there an issue with your order? I believe I print out the address( on prepaid slip ) that you put on your posh account ? It should have shipped to the address you put on your account. Or is it something else ? Let me know so I could be of assistance.

aaaypark Hi @sarah_doss , sorry did something happen to your package? I’m so sorry for the bad experience. Did it get delivered somewhere else? If so, the prepaid shipping should of told usps to deliver it to that stated address. If it got delivered elsewhere it would be out of my control since it was thru that carrier. May I recommend you talk to USPS or if you would like me to talk to them I can. Let me know if this work.

aaaypark @sarah_doss hi Sarah! So when I look into the tracking information it says that it’ll be delivered on Friday the 23 of July by 9:00 pm. I believe it’s still in transit. Do you want to double check the address and see if it’s headed to the write place. Let me know so if you want it to go elsewhere I still have the chance to change it!
