amishazuber Hi Sarah! I’m reaching out about the equestrian show jacket I ordered. I’m hoping to receive it by oct 6th (next Wednesday) as I have a riding event on Friday the 8th I need it for. Please let me know if this isn’t possible so I can figure something else out. Thank you!!

shadowboxaac @amishazuber Thank you for reaching out, I am so glad you did. I dropped the package off on 9/28 and have been waiting for an update from USPS. I will personally contact/go to the post office to see where we are in the process this morning and get back with you immediately.

shadowboxaac @amishazuber I followed up at the post office, they confirmed the package was delivered to an incorrect address. I have reached out to Posh support and customer that received your order. I will follow up as soon as I have more information. I am very sorry for the inconvenience, I am hoping to find a solution shortly.

shadowboxaac @amishazuber hi! Posh sent me a note late yesterday that they have forwarded a new shipping label to the customer that received your jacket. I am hoping they forwarded it to you as well? I completely understanding that you needed this by a specific date. When it arrives, if you need to return, I completely understand!
