Sarah I am sorry that you had a bad experience with the robe. WE have sold dozens of that style on various sales channels and never had that experience. I've never worn and washed one myself. If you want to send it back for a full refund please let me know and I will see how to make it happen through Poshmark and also get the rating taken down if we do. Donna

I never got them and I contacted Poshmark and they said that they had tried to contact you several times but had not had a response so they were assuming you couldn’t send them and that I should cancel the order which I did. I would still love the bowls but don’t know what can be done to fix this.

@shovley - man oh man! This is frustrating all the way around. My assistant is the one that dropped the box off at a local mail room place last Friday. I’m going to drive over there today and see if it’s floating around over. Also, I’ve been in contact with PM via email since Tuesday.

Hi Sarah! Thank you so much for purchasing the writing paper. It really is lovely. I do have one problem 😩. I am a teacher and the box is at school. I will contact the custodian on Monday to see when he will be going in. I am on Long Island and our schools are closed. If he can get it I will go to him and pick it up. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. I completely forgot it was at school. I will certainly understand if you wish to cancel. Once again, I am so sorry.
