rachelwaithe Wanted to let you know that I shipped the shoes the same day you purchased. I handed it to the mailman. I don’t see any tracking update, though. He assured me that you will get it this week. This is my first sale, so I’m so confused on not seeing the shipping tracking status!

sarah1315 @rachelwaithe Thanks for letting me know! When this has happened to me on a sale, I have submitted a problem/inquiry about the order—you can find this option if you go into the item info and then select the “shipped but not tracking” option. Somehow it magically starts tracking after that! But, no worries..I’ll be on the lookout :)
