leahfields77 Hey Sarah, I’m so sorry these are taking so long. I sent PM SUPPORT an email, (sadly I’ve had to do that several times lately) so they’ll manually find the package and get it moving again. Usually within a day. I don’t know if they just sit at some post office for days or this is happening but it stresses me out! I promise I’ll get it back on track. I’m like a dog with a bone, lol. They’ll fix it ASAP just to shut me up! Ty and I’m sorry again! Leah

leahfields77 Sarah, I emailed over and over and finally got a reply from PM staring they’d manually track it and it should start showing on here within 24 hours. Also when they do that it usually gets it back on track. I’ll keep checking on it to see if it’s fixed within 24 hours if not I’ll send another pair at no cost to u. Sorry it’s been so slow, Leah

leahfields77 Hi again, I guess you’re not seeing these since I’ve written for days and you’ve never replied. Hopefully you’ll see them sometime. Honestly, I don’t know where your package is or what’s going on. I check daily over & over (not just yours but 2 others) and I get the same standard answer “due to shipping delays” I know they’re out there somewhere and eventually they’ll arrive. That’s all I do know. I’m sorry I can’t do more.

leahfields77 I tried to give your money back and because it’s shipped it wouldn’t let me, instead I contacted PM support again, asking for them to do that. I’d like for you to have them at no cost when they do arrive, as an apology for this. I don’t know if there’s a waiting time or if they’ll contact me back ASAP but I promise I’ll keep on till something happens.
