ldedwards Hey, I cancelled the return...??? still not sure what that was about I just wanted to follow/up on the spa Diffuser. So when I placed an offer it would be accepted and then say to have buyer resolve the payment issue by adding a new method of payment- aka my updated debit card with new expiration date. My question was why did you cancel the order. AFTER I shipped it? I gave you about 7 hours notice that I would ship it same day. Sometimes people don’t even ship till next day but I like to go above and beyond for my customers. I thought I was doing a good thing. Why didn’t you cancel sooner? You never answered
