ldedwards Hey, I cancelled the return...??? still not sure what that was about I just wanted to follow/up on the spa Diffuser. If you remember the reason I was making another purchase was to recoup the extra $20+I was charged for the shoes, 2nd order was supposed to be $5 then came over at $9 something + shipping. So when I placed an offer it would be accepted and then say to have buyer resolve the payment issue by adding a new method of payment- aka my updated debit card with new expiration date. therapyshop7 @_hey_gorgeous_ you must need to update your card every other week because it seems like a chronic issue. You also have mailing issues and cancellations. My question was why did you cancel the order. AFTER I shipped it? I gave you about 7 hours notice that I would ship it same day. Sometimes people don’t even ship till next day but I like to go above and beyond for my customers. I thought I was doing a good thing. Why didn’t you cancel sooner? You never answered
