sarahmclb I am new to Poshmark - this was my first purchase - so I didn't understand how the bundle works. (Not sure why it allowed me to make this purchase if it's not allowed?) It says that a cancellation can only be done within 3 hours of a purchase, so I've contacted customer service for help.

shelabella @sarahmclb I do believe you can still cancel sale. It’s okay I’m new to the bundle option as well. I didnt think it makes a difference if you have other items or not -?the system will still let you purchase but..... many poshers give a description for a deal like this. But maybe I shouldn’t list such a way anymore.... please to to cancel again. It’s been done before days later.

sarahmclb @shelabella this is the response I received from customer service: "At this time, we are unable to cancel this order unless it has been over 7 days since the order was placed. We recommend reaching out to the seller and having them cancel the order on your behalf since they have the ability to cancel orders before 7 days of shipment."

sarahmclb I looked under order inquiry and cancel sale was not an option. :( Do you want to cancel the sale, as the customer service rep suggested? Otherwise after 7 days, I'll try again to contact them.
