tracykereluk Hi you will have to contact their customer service, and return that way . I believe there is no number so I’m not really sure how to go about it. I sent an email and the reply was very vague but if they can figure out away I will definitely refund. But I think once you accepted the product it might be a little more difficult I’m sorry the shoes never worked out for you. I never had that problem with the buckle hurting my toe. But everyone’s feet of coarse are built differently. Tracy 💕
