Hi Sarah! I’m sorry you weren’t completely satisfied with the ship time and packaging. Since your order came through on a Saturday and my post office is closed on Sundays, Monday was the earliest I could get it out and after that I don’t have control on when packages are actually delivered. As far as packaging I try to reuse boxes to help the environment! I hope you enjoy your necklace set! 😊

Hi sorry haven’t heard that they are too short. I believe it’s because people think they look fine even if your foot sticks out of mules.. but yes I would encourage to sell them in case you like others since they run the same
