csalzsieder Hi Sarah! I purchased your Tory Burch sandals back in April and love them. Unfortunately after only wearing them 1 time (haven't gone many places due to COVID 😭) the strap came completely loose/apart from the foot bed making them unwearable. I reached out to Tory Burch to check my options on getting them repaired and they are requesting proof of purchase. Any chance you still have the receipt, or remember where you purchased them? I would be grateful for any info you have 🙏

granskog @csalzsieder that is shocking to me and I am sorry that happened. I barely wore them 5 times so it’s hard to believe the strap came out. I purchased them in-store in Charlotte, NC. Will probably be under my old email. I try and email TB.

csalzsieder Tory Burch emailed me and asked if I could provide your name and email address to verify the purchase. Would you mind to share your email with me? I don't want to be a nuisance just hoping they will repair them. Below is what the email said: "If your sandals were purchased at Toryburch.com under a different name or email address than the one you are inquiring from, then, please kindly provide the purchasers name and email address"
