hoosierroots @leah121143 It isn’t fake. I included the authenticity card and the original tag. The serial number is located on a small tag inside the interior pocket and the number matches the number in the card. If you need help finding the tag, let me know. It takes a little bit of digging through the interior pockets. It is sewn into a seam, not found behind the label.

leah121143 It is cheaply made, and the zippers are all fake. There’s plenty I could list about what’s wrong with this bag but I won’t. You got over on me and that’s fine. You probably would have been better off not sending the blank authenticity card btw.

hoosierroots @leah121143 omg just send it back. Once I receive it, as long as I receive it in the same condition as it was sent and I also receive the dust bag, authenticity card and original tag, I will refund what you paid. It is made of polyeurethane, not leather, as I mentioned in the listing. I clearly and extensively detailed the issues with the cracking in the leather.

hoosierroots @leah121143 And if you were a buyer with legitimate concerns, you would have politely reached out privately to try and address those concerns, rather than leaving ugly, unverified negative comments that are public. Every one of your accusations can be countered with factual information.

hoosierroots @leah121143 Your allegation that it is a fake purse is addressed by the fact that the bag has an authenticity card with a serial number in the hologram that matches the serial number in the tag in the inside seam. As I mentioned, if you return the bag in the same condition with the same dust bag, card and tag as the ones I sent, I will then refund your money. But still harassing me or I will report you.
