Hi Sarah! I'm reaching out regarding your recent purchase of Sorel boots from my closet. I was selling them on behalf of my mother who at the time of posting didn't notice that the clasps which connect the inner lining to outer suede were missing. It doesn't really affect the function of the boots, but it does change the look. I will cancel the order and update the listing with images of this defect. I will also reduce the price. You can then choose to re-purchase or not.

@courtneyjrob Hi Courtney thank you so much for letting me know, actually they are for my 12 year old daughter who will not wear them next winter I think. her feet are growing unbelievably fast, 2 sizes in a year! BTW I appreciate your honesty it’s praiseworthy.
