joy_land Hi. You just gave the purchase 2 stars. all the balloons have holes you can use to blow them up, please look carefully. You'll need to use a needle that comes with the electric pump. You won't be able to blow them up with your mouth. I thought you knew that. Also, the measurements for the willy toppers were perfectly described in the listing. I would appreciate if you amended your rating. Thanks!
