kellyesham Hi Sarah! I’ve looked high and low for the eyeshadow you purchased from me. I found the Balm one but not the other 2. I do have other Mica eyeshadow I can send you in their place if you’d like. One is a Naked product and the other a Mica Bella eyeshadow that is really pretty. I am so sorry. deirdregillen @swilliams158 hi there! The tracking number is 9405 5102 0206 1208 9256 67. I’ve filed a claim with both poshmark and usps in regards to this. PM told me to wait until the 9th to contact them again in case it doesn’t budge, but please know I have every intention of reimbursing you. Thanks! D

deirdregillen @swilliams158 Hello again. The package still hasn't budged, so I've sent in another update to Poshmark telling them that I would like to reimburse you completely. Hopefully this will open up a case and we'll be able to do so. Thanks for being patient with me. I'm new to this and feel awful that one of my first shipments never made it to my buyer.
