thedollhaus Hi Sara! My name is Lacey - you purchased the Frye Madison Tote Bag from me. As I was getting your bag ready for shipment, I noticed a small flaw/irregularity on the front of it. It'd been covered by the protective packaging it was shipped to me in. I went ahead and ordered another to replace it but it won't get to me until Friday (hopefully Thurs but Fri at the latest). I can have it to you by Monday or Tuesday next week. Does that work for you? I'll refund the $7.11 shipping you paid as well.
