violetfawn Hi Sarah, I can’t seem to find another way to message you so hopefully you see this ASAP! I just logged in and see that you have been trying to purchase the woolrich coat and I am SO sorry for the delay ! I was off the grid and did not see the sale until now. Somehow it says it was delivered even though obviously it hasn’t been. Are you still interested? I can get it sent out to you ASAP if so. I’ll also contact support to sort out this error. poshsbro91 @violetfawn Hello violetfawn, I got your message. I am still interested and would love to receive the purchase if you are able to ship it out asap. The reason the status of the order stated Delivered is because I accidently pressed the Accept The Order blue button thinking I would receive a shipment confirmation email, and I was wrong. I'm new to poshmark and am learning about how things work on here.

We are totally in the same boat - I am also new to poshmark and am still figuring it out as well, this was my first and only listing and it’s been up forever so I nearly forgot about it- I apologize again about the delay! I am happy to send it out ASAP, the only problem is that I don’t seem to have access to the prepaid shipping label or any shipping info whatsoever anymore and I’ve scoured the site and my email... violetfawn I emailed customer support earlier asking for the label, but since it’s the weekend (and a holiday), I’m not sure I’ll get a response before Tuesday unfortunately. I can totally just do it myself and bring it to the post office now if you’d prefer that since it would get to you faster. Hopefully poshmark wont like ban me or something haha, but I’m willing to take the risk. (Cont’d again...)
