kylaj1986 sarah, first off I have to apologize for not sending your shoes sooner second, as i was packaging them up I damaged one of the insoles, i don't know what else to do except offer you a refund or the black vince camuto heels for $20 or if you'd like , i could try fix the insole and also send you an additional size 6 pair of heels with them, up to you or you can get your refund and cancel the purchase
