shezcomeundone @sarahjoncas okay. Support not always instant it’s best to read everything you can. Remember accidental purchases can be reversed within a 3 hr period unless you’ve made an offer and had it accepted. YouTube is another good source for info.

sarahjoncas @shezcomeundone wel its because my mother used my Phone today before she left, to purchase a makeup palette with her credit card info and now its asking to verify i own the payment method? And now its been awhile and i don’t know what to do.. if I should cancel and tell her to buy it on her account?

shezcomeundone @sarahjoncas they’re very sticky about payment methods. If you use a card not associated with your account ie not in your name then the payment will not go through. Best to cancel and purchase with your credit card for your mum or she can set up her own account.

fitnessprot @shezcomeundone We did fix that, but I ordered her a makeup palette and it got cancelled for “Bundle with another item” i bought two items from two different people and I didn’t bundle.... and the person doesn’t have any contact info..
