Hamptonvintage has already opened a case with Poshmark. You need to open a case also. Let them know if you want the Marc Jacobs Bag your money back.

partyfemme @dexterholland1 I opened a case. I definitely want the bag if that is an option. They will tell me what to do? I received an email saying they will look into it. Will they send me a label to return this back to you?

dexterholland1 @partyfemme Yes they should. You also might want to go back and let them know that you still want the bag. The other person also wants the Bracelet. Worst case they see you a refund and me the items back. I will sell it back to you! One way or another you will get it back! I will let you know if I hear anything.
