@melbstore That’s ok! What elements are you wanting assistance with? Is it listing, sharing, shipping? Poshmark is a super social marketplace so the more you share your listings, the better. By sharing other Poshers’ listings, you’re spreading the #poshlove and most users will reciprocate by sharing yours. All this sharing hopefully leads to sales! Also, the more listings you have, the better your chances of making sales 💰

@melbstore The buyer pays for shipping. It’s $9.95 flat rate using Sendle (no the shipping options at the moment). You can ship up to 2.5kg. You have the option to make offers to people who “like” or “bundle” any of your items - that is where you can offer free or discounted shipping, which is automatically deducted from your earnings.

@melbstore Hey lovely. No huge benefits… Just means the item appears in the host’s “showroom” at a party. Ideally it would lead to that item selling quickly, but I haven’t had that experience unfortunately - just a little more exposure for your item and/or closet. Hope that helps! x

@melbstore Love notes are sent when you buy something… So you can send when you buy something and a buyer can send to you after a sale ♥️ They’re not a necessity - just a nice touch! I think it is a requirement to have sent one in order to become Ambassador ☺️

@melbstore Don’t accept them. There should be an option to say “order problem” or something similar? Don’t accept anything you are not satisfied with! Poshmark will liaise with the seller and arrange a refund for you. You may be required to send the items back to the seller (not at your expense). Ps. What a bummer! 😩
