julesnbeni81 @sarahmayan Hi Sarah I am sorry for the delay with your shipping, it has been sitting at the news agency since day of purchase waiting. I have reached out to Sendle to advise it was not collected from the pick up location and they are escalating the issue. I will keep an eye on it and follow up with Sendle if further delays occur.

julesnbeni81 @sarahmayan Hi Sarah your parcel is showing as still at the Newsagency waiting to be picked up by a courier. I am so sorry for the delay, I am getting nowhere with Sendle they just keep confirming they have escalated the situation. My next step is going into the agents in the morning to sort it out. I will keep you up to date. I will ask them to refund your postage also . Under the pick up guarantee terms Sendle should have done that after the second day avoided it. I will keep you posted. Ta
