After a purchase is made I will ignore all questions about the item(s) in that purchase, and I will only answer questions about shipping. This is to discourage people from effectively buying my items to put them on hold. It's not fair to me, and it's not fair to other interested buyers. I've accidentally shipped things that got cancelled, and it's really demoralizing for me. I will block buyers that do this or buyers that repeatedly purchase and cancel orders.
