magindys_closet Hi Sarah! I’m so sorry to hear the zipper on the dress broke when you tried it on - I had no idea it was defective 😔 I wish you would have reached out to me prior to accepting and rating the dress, as I would have gladly told Poshmark to accept the return. Poshmark gives you 3 days from the time to receive it to request a return if the item is defective. After you rate however, the transaction is complete

sarah_dybas Thanks for your reply. I'm new to Poshmark and thought it was an "accept as-is" kind of thing. I took the risk, its on me. I never thought you knowingly sent a dress with a defective zipper, but it was a bummer for sure. Thank you :)
