sheselsseashels Hello! You had ordered BareMinerals from me and I had to cancel your order 😞. I had accidentally shipped the item you purchased to another buyer and she did not respond, and it never came back. I’m so so sorry!! sheselsseashels @evergreen249 yes I reached out to her but never heard back. I’m so bummed, I’m so sorry!! I didn’t realize until I went to ship. I had sent the other order a few days before so it was still in the window of return, but after she didn’t respond it was too late. 😔 my hands are tied. If something happens and it ships back I’ll let you know for sure. So so sorry I know how frustrating and annoying this is! 😬

evergreen249 @sheselsseashels I'm sure that's really frustrating for you too...😕. I haven't been signed in to my account so I didn't know there was anything wrong until I logged in this morning. So my account has been refunded right? Yes, please keep me updated if you hear anything back from her and she by some miracle sends it back ... lol.

This is my first time I've ever used poshmark so I'm still trying to learn and navigate the app lol, it's ironic that this would happen the first time I use this shopping platform 😅. sheselsseashels @evergreen249 yes, and I think the other buyer is newer, you have only 3 days from the time of delivery to try to return or report a problem after that all sales are final. So after she didn’t notice or respond, the sale went final. Good bit of info as your starting out, so sorry this happened!
