Hey, thank you for your offer on the yellow top. I hate to see you pay so much for shipping on such a small item... if you like the item and make no offer (on relist) on Friday during closet clear out i will lower the cost to $11. you will get 4.99 shipping so you pay less and i make more, win-win

@magenta15 Oh, thank you! I have a wedding to go to that I didn't think to shop for ... maybe this will make it in time! I've had my eye on it for months, had it "liked" off and on a couple of times, but I usually don't look great in stuff like this that doesn't have slits, so that's another reason I offered low. Thanks for accepting my counter offer!
