bentlerj Hi Sarah, thank you for asking me for Poshmark tips. First off, hello from Everett! I started selling on PM 2.5 years ago to get rid of my work clothes. I had a good job with benefits and a retirement. Hint #1: Do not give up your day job; keep PM as your side hustle. Hint #2: Buyers want a bargain, so price your items at least 20% higher than your target amount.

bentlerj Hint #3: Send "offers to likers"; I get most of my sales this way. Hint #4: Your profit is in your "buy", do not overpay for sourced items. Hint #5: PM Facebook groups are helpful. I belong to Poshmark Thrifters, and Poshmark Analytics. I have learned so much. Good luck, Jayne

bentlerj @salbolland I don't have a pricing formula. I look up comps on PM and set my price in the neighborhood. Very rarely does anyone purchase for the full price. I am happy getting 20-30% of my original marked price. I buy most of my items for $1-2. You have to take into consideration your time spent shopping, washing, takin photos, and sharing. I've smartened up and now try to list things with at least a $20 profit.

salbolland @susank44...it must be the one with the star/moon? .... why they put a clasp on it is beyond me? wrap the necklace around your neck as if you were clasping it closed (but dont open the clasp) with the star on one side & the moon on the other you then feed the star through the moon. It should just be a chain (my opinion...but, that might make it more confusing) I will try to add a photo but I'm not sure if it will allow me to add a photo to comments? I hope this helps? 🦋💜🦚
