Hello Sarah - Unfortunately unable to afford to accept your $30 offer for the NWT $80 Betsey Johnson Striped Fit & Flare Dress. I have my invested costs in NWT as well as 20% Poshmark Fees. I already made an offer but will counter one more time to absorb some shipping. I do have some non-NWT (family owned, NOT thrift store resales:) in the amount you are willing to spend.
