aydensgigi I just made a purchase with you and I want the dress but I am not sure the payment method that I used will go through. If it doesn't is there a way I can just repurchase the dress from you using a different method? I am pretty new to this and just wasn't doing the math in my head right.

aydensgigi Hi this is Virginia G and I recently purchased a dress from you. The umgee white embroidered dress with no lining. I have not worn the dress yet . Today I noticed that there was a tear where the. Embroidery in the back meets the fabric. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. If so how did they fix it. I know it is not something you did as I believe you sent this to me in the original packaging. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks so much. Virginia Grzech

saraitasis @aydensgigi Hello. There has been no issue with any I have sold. It does come straight from the company packaged but I do take the time to inspect them. I’m usually good at finding things. I’ll even steam it before shipping it out. Sorry about this. You gave until 3 days from delivery to inspect items. I guess contacting support to see if there’s a way we can exchange? Haven’t gone through this process yet.

aydensgigi @saraitasisit looks like that one small area just didn't get sewn to the embroidery. It is not really a tear just a small area that didn't attached. I think all I have to do is attach the material. Still feel like this deserves a 5 star rating.
