fashiondiva411 @lifeofsararaz Hi Sara. I just got my items and love them all so thank you. The suede heels unfortunately are a complete mess. There are numerous scuff marks and portions of the material on the shoe that are eroded away. I didn’t expect the shoes to be perfect but the shoes are too stained and marked up to even wear or resell and it wasn’t visible in pics or mentioned in description. Would you be able to issue a partial refund for the shoes?

fashiondiva411 @lifeofsararaz Hi Sara. Thanks for your quick response. The lint is no problem at all. Easy fix. It’s all the scuffs and the portions of the shoe where the coating of the shoe has worn away that are the issue. If there’s something else you can think of to work this out rather than a partial refund for the shoes please let me know.
