mosijae I'm sorry you are disappointed with your watch. The watch is authentic and yes it needs a battery. It does work! I have not worn in years and frankly most ppl use phone for battery. You were not going to get a perfect Micheal Kors watch with diamonds for $12. File a dispute and I will happily return your money. The low rating you gave me is the lowest I ever have received and you by far have one of the greatest deals. I would rather return your money if you are that unsatisfied.
