1916stanfordst @premieredetrois You’re already doing it! You are engaging, and sharing. That inviting and makes fellow Poshers want to share your closet. Also, always be transparent. You find out your cute girl threw away one of the shoes a posher ordered- just let them know. Offer something else at a discount.

premieredetrois @1916stanfordst I recently became the owner of a beautiful fine china set. It’s “Sweet Leilani” from Noritake, a 65 piece set. Absolutely breathtaking. I have done a bit of research on pricing through retailers, private sellers etc. It’s an expensive set. I don’t want to breakup the pieces, but do understand that there are people who are looking for individual pieces to replace or complete their set. Any advice on how to market & price it here on Poshmark?

1916stanfordst @premieredetrois If it is a complete set, price it as a set and see what happens. You can always separate it later. You never know. It could be just what some one here is looking for. Add additional shipping and handle charge. Also, check into some different online markets. There are many and a few that specialize in high end market items and rare finds.

1916stanfordst @premieredetrois exactly what I was going to suggest! There is so much info and videos out there to help! I’ve been shipping full sets for 14yrs and have only had (1) incident. It was during the height of COVID and postal workers were stressed and didn’t give a care. The box arrived mangled. PM covered me and the buyer!

1916stanfordst @premieredetrois One suggestion from my own creation: I almost alway line my box with pieces of another box and I often will pack cups tightly and securely inside of a small box (to protect the handles), and then pack that in the larger box with the rest of the china. Always a layer of protection btwn each piece when stacking. Securely wrap each stack. There should be a layer of protection on every side, tip and bottom of the shipping box.
