sarinashley @klfalconburg Hi, I have packaged your package and dropped it off at the post office but it hasn’t tracked yet in days. I have contacted Poshmark & they said to contact them back if it hasn’t tracked by the 17th. So sorry.

sarinashley @klfalconburg Oh my gosh that’s a long time! It’s brand new, it’s going to look gorgeous a top her cake :). It should start tracking soon I hope. I haven’t had a problem like this with Poshmark before, & I’ve sold over 50 items!

lupit10 @sarinashley Oh I am so frustrated! It still says it is awaiting shipment scan. Do you know what date you mailed it? I really need this by late in the day on Saturday.

sarinashley @klfalconburg I was just about to contact you! I went to the post office to see if anyone could help me, they said it should be scanned in soon. And that sometimes what happens is that it never says it’s tracking and then the package will randomly arrive. I’m so deeply sorry. This is the first time I ever had an issue with a package through Poshmark. I have contacted Poshmark support as well.

lupit10 @sarinashley Thank you. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in this mess. Not your fault at all, but our postal system has proven to be very undependable. Sounds like the package has just been sitting at the post office all week?

sarinashley @klfalconburg I was there for over half an hour trying to figure out where it is. They are assuring me it should be on its way, but I have never had a package not track. They said there are shipping delays. I just feel like it’s lost :( it’s frustrating to me too because I literally shipped it the day after you ordered it. I take Poshmark very seriously because I sell a lot on here.

lupit10 @sarinashley I appreciate everything you have done to figure this out. As I said, the USPS has become very unreliable. Here, we usually have a lost piece of mail at least twice a month. I'm still waiting for something that I know was mailed to me months ago.

sarinashley @klfalconburg of course! I’m very sorry for all of this! I would have to say the same for us. We have had our parcels delivered to the wrong address countless times. It’s getting out of hand at this point.

lupit10 @sarinashley Do you have any updates on my order yet? I received an email this morning from Poshmark saying that they have been trying to contact you regarding my missing item. If I go to USPS website I can see a tracking number and Phoenix, AZ but no other information. Even though the occasion I needed this for is over, I would still like to have the item. Please let me know.

lupit10 @sarinashley So is it correct that the package was mailed from Phoenix? This is the tracking number I got 9405 5112 0206 1929 5991 75 if that helps at all.

lupit10 @sarinashley I just got the same email. I just don't understand what is going on. Thank you for all of your help. I'm really disappointed to not be receiving this item as it had a very special purpose. Since I can see the tracking number on my end it had to have been received and at least partially processed.

lupit10 Hi! I am still hoping the lost order will show up somewhere. I contacted our local post office to see what they could do from this end. They said according to their records the item was never taken to the post office for shipment. I told them that I already contacted you about this and that you DID take it to the post office. They are still going to investigate further. Please let me know if it is returned to you as I would still like to have it. Thanks!
