permigal Hi Sasha!! I’ve had some serious issues with trying to get my shipping labels. I’ve contacted PM support about it. When I request a new one they respond that they’ve emailed it but nothing gets sent!

permigal (Cont) The reason why I need new ones is because my “sale notification” emails are disappearing and dropping off out of my mailbox. I’ve also had 4 recent suspicions emails I had to report and PM determined they were “phishing” emails and scams. I think these issues are linked. I figured out a way to download the label and send to another address and print from there though.

permigal (Cont) This is a serious glitch and I called and emailed corporate about it. Point is, your package is going to be delayed by a day and I sincerely apologize.
