findingcherry @dramos620 OOOH! SO SORRY. I thought you were the seller! No. The barcode looks fine! BUT you can easily put a new box around a fake product. Which is why I'm asking so many questions. Honestly I'm almost positive all this makeup came from a dumpster. I bought mine already from someone else, less sketchy

I’m new to this and I thought you came across a problem like this like a fake product or etc. by the way asking the seller questions shouldn’t be a problem. If they are selling something they should know customers want to really know what they are buying. That’s their job if they want to sell the product.

aracelids @findingcherry 😂😂😂You are funny. But, hey you have to be. Yes, I just can’t bring myself to list any used makeup or hair products. I’m a law student and the potential liability issues that could arise (ie contact dermatitis) yeah, no thank you!!! 🤢 And, thank you for noticing but, I won’t even open (not even to take pictures). So many germs. I just hope the post office scans already. I hate having to wait around for the official scan. It makes me nervous sometimes.

aracelids @findingcherry Hello! I wanted to send you a courtesy notification that I have been monitoring your shipment along with 3 others. This is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t know if you got a notification from Poshmark earlier today but I contacted them to indicate that I indeed shipped all orders but none has begun the official USPS tracking scans. I informed PM that I even have the receipt showing exactly date and time I handed them to USPS.

As soon as I realized that it had shipped, it just didn't scan, I totally relaxed. I could tell from your professional and outgoing attitude that isn't wasn't on your end. That is just completely ridiculous bc now 2 of the 4 in question (yours and another lady’s) have just now began being scanned-indicating they both arrived in Austin, TX a day later and after hours of closing time of possible drop off. Therefore, I completely agree that they were not scanned to begin with in IL. This is unacceptable to you bc you as a buyer pays shipping for what, for this to happen?

It took 4 days for you to receive your order which, is unacceptable. USPS Priority shipping times are stated that it is 1-3 days. I asked PM to reimburse your shipping fees. I don’t know if they will get back to you or me but, if it’s the former, I just wanted you to be aware of the case I opened.

findingcherry @aracelids Yeah I don't know what happened. I think it actually took 5 days. It was in my city yesterday, but sat at the post office until their route today. Usually for priority it goes to my door, but instead it went to my mailbox. I actually complained the other day when I couldn't track it, so they gave me a 5$ credit for next time. It's strange because last week my Poshmark order from New York actually got here faster.

I am glad that they gave you a $5 credit but honestly, I feel they should reimburse your shipping altogether. I’m still fighting for you bc what is right is right and what is wrong is wrong! USPS dropped the ball completely and you should not be the one that bears the burden.
