sassiz @vpuente25 Sure. The handle is completely broken on one side and the hardware which attaches the handle to the actual purse is missing altogether.

vpuente25 @sassiz I can assure you that's not how I shipped it there has to have been some kind of damage done while shipping and handling so sorry that this happened could you please send me pictures if you have the time

sassiz @vpuente25 No. it was in the dust bag and the dust bag was in a plastic mailer.

vpuente25 @sassiz OK now I definitely know that it was messed with because I put it in bubble wrap then in the dust bag then bubble wrap over the dusk bag then in the pink plastic bag that had the label on it. I'm so sorry this has never happened before. Did Poshmark say anything to you about refund or how to go about this

sassiz @vpuente25 Did you mail it yourself or have someone mail it for you? The plastic mailer was sealed and did not appear to have been tampered with. But I suppose if you didn't mail it personally, anything could have happened between you packing it and it actually being shipped. I'll send pictures to your phone.
