First off, you can bargain: you can offer a different price for an item you want to purchase. The seller can then respond with a counter offer or decline your offer. Since you did not bargain with me, I included a little something extra in your package as a gift. Secondly, you cannot return items unless described wrong or flaws are not mentioned.
