savvy62 @shopsavannahfl Hi, I checked in our post office here and they do not have a parcel for me, I checked the tracking and noted it was picked up on the 14th. What is the next step, Is it possible for you to raise a case with USPS? I don’t think I can raise a case as I was not the sender!!!

savvy62 @shopsavannahfl Quick update … I have the mailroom here checking their entire facility and they will check with the local USPS as well. Might take a day or two as we are 2800 residences.
